Kindly note that an advisory was issued by DAVP on 11th August, 2017 as per which publication are required to adhere to a check list. One of the important requirements is that physical original invoice of the related publication in duplicate should be submitted alongwith physical copy of online bill generated through DAVP database. Form 1st September 2017 onwards, copy of the online bill alone is not acceptable for payment.
